Sleep walking

Have you even had the feeling that you’ve been sleeping for long time, and could see your self walking in your dreams. But suddenly you discover that you were sleep walking, and to wake up at a strange world.
Looking around you’ll find our beloved boring world “Globally” has changed, nothing is like it seems. Sure I’m talking about the economical crisis the world facing, and all what it had lead to, Russia going to back to live and its war with Georgia. And ending “till now” with the new Election for president in the UNITED STATS OF AMERICA, Mr. Barak Obama.
It is all dark, you have no future, newspaper, TV, & even news websites weeps for your dreams, all gone. The whole economical system has a big sign tag over its screen saying “System Failure”. I haven’t read much about it what came on, but what stopped me few things. Big countries “e.g. Germany”, announced that it’s thinking of buying banks that facing critical problems, which seems as Germany is going to Socialism, Russia is going to lend a European country, which I believe Iceland, to pass over her debts after none of the EU care to help, RUISSA IS BACK… and finally all stocks are fallen, fuel and dollar $ all over the glob, maybe that the only seen we notice here in Egypt, stocks crashes down, but other than that all seems fine, maybe because we too smart we didn’t have any economical system so it never fails .
Maybe the Russian Georgian war is not something important for us here, but first, it been a long time since Russia did some action, other than fighting with Shishnian rebels “ domestic disturbance as they call it “, second it is only a repeating thing that big countries can do what they want , stop the shishnians and assist the Ositsha “if I remember its name right “, and last, on the day of Obama’s election, Russia congratulate him and in the same line announce that now it has missiles against the US rocket shield. Welcome Obama.
Yes welcome Obama, when I knew he won even it was so clear few days before it, I wonder how MalcomX or Marten loather King would have felt, from a day not that far, signs were on “dogs or Naggers are not allowed”, it is something we respect American for its democracy “even it is only internal”, also I got the feeling that Obama might be killed like Kandy. Sure there are people wouldn’t accept much change. Last thing Conspiracy theory was all over me, seeing how Obama was winning; I guess it was so because Americans had enough of the Republicans. Changes, lots of changes , and yet much to come , Global and domestic “ I hope “, it is so silly to hope that the new US president hold something new for us here, or will assist changes .even if it is true, which I doubt, why would any one fight your war for you, it is your war to fight. I believe economy can help in shifting all things in this world, as it did back in 1930, but I hope it be less deadly that the pervious time.

خواطر رمضانية

مع شهر رمضان تهيم النفس في حب الله ، و تبذل من الجهد و الوقت في عمل الطاعات و السعي وراء الحسنات ، ولما لا و هو شهر الرحمة . و كثيرا ما يموج بالعقل كثير من الخواطر الدينية ، بالأخص في هذا الشهر المبارك ...
* انا أومن بما يمكن أن يفعلة الدعاء ، و ما أكثر ما نرفع أيدينا نناجي ربنا أمرا من أمور الدنيا و الأخرة ، و لكن لما لا تكثف الأمة جميعا و تدعوا الله أن يهدي من في الأرض جميعا ، فقط لما أستسلم المؤمنون أن من هو مؤمن هو مؤمن و من غير ذلك يبقى كذلك أحتراما للشعرات الوطنية ، عسي أن يستجب الله و تعم الأرض السلام . إِنَّكَ لَا تَہۡدِى مَنۡ أَحۡبَبۡتَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَہۡدِى مَن يَشَآءُ‌ۚ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ- القصص اية 56
* فَسَقَىٰ لَهُمَا ثُمَّ تَوَلَّىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلظِّلِّ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى لِمَآ أَنزَلۡتَ إِلَىَّ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ۬ فَقِيرٌ۬ - القصص أية 24 ، قالها سيدنا موسى ، و كثيرَا ما توقفني هذه الأية ، حين قالها سيدنا موسى كان قد ،فر من مصر بعد ما قتل شخص هناك و كاد أن يقتل ، و كان على مشارف مدين (مدينة سيدنا شعيب ) و بعد مساعدة الفتاتان أراح نفسة تحت الشجرة و شكر الله ، و يوقفني أن سيدنا موسى في هذه اللحظة كان هارب مطارد ، و بلا مستقبل و أو أي أمان ظاهري ، و مع ذلك قال أنة فقير لله من كثرة خيرة علية ، سبحان الله ، اللهم أتينا إيمان قويا و لما أنزلت إلينا من خير فقراء .
* أكثر من يرهقني و يضيق صدري كيف أصبح حب الدنيا و أنشغلنا بها ، نفكر فيها ليل نهار ، ماذا فعمل و ماذا نفعل ... حتى إذا نظرنا كم من الوقت نخصصة لعبادة الله خلال العام و كم في شهر رمضان ، و إن كان لرمضان خصوصية إلا أنة بإي حال لا يمكن أن يكون الفارق بين رمضان و غيرة مثل ما هو الأن ، و أيضا يجب أن نسلم أن الله هو الرزاق و أن المال كلة لله ، فما كان يملك سيدنا أدم من شيء حين خلقة الله ، ربنا أخرجنا منها على خير .
* فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَـٰتِ يَوۡمٍ۬ مَّعۡلُومٍ۬ (٣٨) وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّجۡتَمِعُونَ (٣٩) لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبِينَ (٤٠) فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُواْ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ أَٮِٕنَّ لَنَا لَأَجۡرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبِينَ (٤١) قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَإِنَّكُمۡ إِذً۬ا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ (٤٢) قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلۡقُواْ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلۡقُونَ (٤٣) فَأَلۡقَوۡاْ حِبَالَهُمۡ وَعِصِيَّهُمۡ وَقَالُواْ بِعِزَّةِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبُونَ (٤٤) فَأَلۡقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلۡقَفُ مَا يَأۡفِكُونَ (٤٥) فَأُلۡقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَـٰجِدِينَ (٤٦) قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ (٤٧) رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ (٤٨) قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُ ۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡ‌ۖ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ‌ۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَـٰفٍ۬ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ (٤٩) قَالُواْ لَا ضَيۡرَ‌ۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ (٥٠) إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَـٰيَـٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ (٥١)- الشعراء .سبحان الله من أروع قصص القرآن عندي – و هي أفضل تفسير لقول الله تعالى : "إنما يخشى الله من عبادة العلماء" ، و أروع ما فيها كيف يمكن لأشخاص جل ما كانوا يريدون المنفعة المدية ، ثم يتحولوا إلى شهدا في أروع ما يمكن أن تكون الشهادة : "كما ‏قال رسول الله ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏أفضل الجهاد كلمة عدل عند سلطان ‏ ‏جائر" . و الغريب و الطريف أيضا في نفس الوقت أن السحرة مصرين ، فما حدث لنا . إنهم لم ينهاروا أو يتراجعوا بعد سماع الوعيد و ما سوف يحدث لهم بل ثبتهما الله على الحق ، و كيف لا و هم أعلم بصنعتهم و ما جاء بة سيدنا موسى من معجزات إلهية . ألهم أرشدنا للحق و ثبت أقدمنا ونصرنا على القوم الكافرين .

· Rumors are said that medical box might be canceled , god only knows
· What really bugs me every time I watch TV and see any commercial about changing skin color and so like fair and lovely or what ever , maybe that’s the effect of Malcom X’s book, Why would any one change his color , and that new one about an Indian girl, whom happy dance for have a brighter white skin face !!, since when white is the highest degree of humans and other are lower ?, since god created us with this color for reason, when did we became smarter than the creator to make sure thing, and to use such thing.
· 18th of Aug 08, a massive fire took over Maglis el shora building. it seems fire is always unstoppable in Egypt , as some Minister said “it was an old building and no fire security could save it “ .

و كل عام و أنتم بخير إن شاء الله

July events

• One of the greatest writers of his time, and a leader against the Egyptian policy, AbdelWahab elMisiry went to Allah, May Allah have mercy on his soul in shaallah.
• Started to read Malcom X biography, it is a very interesting book, talking about Afro-Americans and Muslim in USA.
• Saw a new tag in aljazeera web site, about China's concerns against the Call for Sudanese president to International Court of Justice, and connect that to the Olympics held in Beijing in Aug 08, remind me with what I read in Malcom's book, about the worries the White man hold for any rise of any colored civilvation, and also about the affion war, which England invaded China for destroying drugs, and forced to pay for this drugs, so ironic…
• 18th of Jul, at night saw a naked guy, totally naked, he seemed to be in his 20th, walking in Mahkama square, Heliopolis, crossing elHagaz st., few notice him and he kept walking as nothing was wrong, I'm sure something is wrong with his head, but it is surely the first time for me to see something like that, and sure it means something…
• Rumors are spreading, that fuel prices are going to increase by Sep 08, and also some talks about postponing the new traffic low, few months or just for the first aid box and the reflecting rectangle.
• Finished Malcom X book, it's really a wonderful book, mostly because it allows you to see how Afro-Americans suffered not in a movie style. And how can a person change, his way in life, view, and even religion, and never be shame to say he was wrong.

Presidential speeches

I just finished reading, "Diary of October war, by Saad elDin elShazly (Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces)". And I can only say I was really shocked, depressed and deeply angry, allow me to say that before reading it, I already had small an idea of all the information inside, but not documented in such way.

I was born few years after that war, so I didn’t actually live it, but ever since, I knew a lot of facts, we had a huge defeat in 1967, and we had a marvelous victories in 1973, sure all that came from our media and big festivals we use to see every year. Latter on start to wonder if we did such a marvelous success in the war, why there are a lot of people against the peace we did.

The book really open so many doors in mind, that what made me shocked from the flow of lies we been living in(I know many knew that before me), but I'm only going to talk about one point which is lying(not only in 73 war but all our history). Back in 1948 we lost the war trying to keep some parts from Palestine, we lost because our king was fighting to kill some domestic issues and some regional glory, same with king Abd Allah king of Jordan, whom some went that he had a pervious deal with the Jewish before going to war, in 1967 we all know what happened, we lost the war without even fighting, lost our land, air force, and many other things, and yet when President Gamal announced he'll leave his place as he failed, people didn't accept it and ask him to stay…………

Now I'm so sure that the whole nation was wrong for stopping Gamal from leaving, he failed so badly in 67 war, not only that but he(as he the president of all)LIED through the media, and kept announcing fakes about what is actually happening in war, and there is no reason for doing that, After Wilson Churchill gave Britain victory in the second world war, he lost the next election because his performance in rebuilding the country was bad, yet Churchill didn't lie, but Gamal did, and we emotionally forgive and forget, in 73 Sadat LIED about the third army was under sedge , Sadat lied about his mistakes that causes huge change in the war, and yet lies deep float to us.

If you lie to your enemy, is so much normal act, because he is your enemy, but lying to your own people, is the strange act, especially when the whole world knows the fact, and laughs at you, when you inside meant to be blind, so your ruler can keep his place.
King Farouk lied in his true intention for going to 1948 war, Gamal Abdel Nasser lied, by announcing fake statements through 1967 war, Sadat lied about the third army under sedge, which last for 3 months, lied that he made huge mistakes that causes the Loophole(الثغرة), and put it on someone else, and still we accept lies, like how our economy is improving, and the happy 30% raise,

I wish I could write more about the book, it really worth reading, and also I wish I've read SADAT's book to see both sides, but yet I think it be only holding lies, or why Egyptian authorities didn't reply on Shazly's book or provide us with true facts.

All of that is our mistake, us no one else, if you allow others to make fool of you, and you did nothing about it, don't wait for them to stop. And finally if we could pick up one from each Egyptian era, I would stand tall and say proudly that, "I'm living in the worse Egyptian time, and yet still manage to survive some how", or it might be a big lie.
